With a crowd of around 5,000 people expected every year, the Ballan Autumn Festival is a great time to show off your local business.

The Ballan Autumn Festival is a not-for-profit, community run event that relies heavily on the work of its amazing volunteers every year.
We’d love to have your skills and enthusiasm on board at the Festival in 2026, and there are a range of ways you can contribute.

Take part in the Community Bank Ballan & District Grand Parade
Every year the Grand Parade is a highlight of the Ballan Autumn Festival and we’d love to see you become a part of it in 2026.
The 2026 Parade focusses on ‘who we are’ as a community: the people, places, culture and history, environment, and our autumn colours.
Become a Stall Holder
Stall Holder applications will open later in 2025 for the 2026 Festival.
Applications are taken via Issimo Markets and local and previous stall holders will be invited to apply first.
Enter the Pet Competition
The Pet Competition is one of the most loved events at the Ballan Autumn Festival every year.
It’s a lighthearted way to celebrate the contribution our pets make in our lives.
Note: Past entrants have included a stick insect!
